Langford (Boquillas) Hot Springs – Big Bend NP, Texas
Langford (Boquillas) Hot Springs is a group of springs located in Big Bend National Park, Texas. The springs are located on the Rio Grande, just across from the Mexican village of Boquillas del Carmen. The springs were named after Frank Langford, who operated a resort at the springs from 1916 to 1922. The resort was destroyed by a flood in 1922, and Langford left the area. The springs are now accessible only by boat or hiking.
